Buying products from this website – Products can only be purchased using Paypal or credit and debit cards using Paypal as the e-commerce mechanism. Paypal’s terms will apply as appropriate.
Downloaded Products and Copyright – ebooks downloaded from this website are subject to normal copyright and digital copyright laws. You, the purchaser are licensed to read the ebook that you have purchased, but you may not copy it except for personal use. And you may not resell it to another person, unless you obtain permission from the author or publisher.
Refund Policy – If you are unsatisfied for any reason, ajmilton.com will provide a full refund within 30 days of your purchase (subject to you providing evidence of your purchase). Refunds will only be made to a valid Paypal account. You are also protected by Paypal’s dispute policy.
Price Changes – ajmilton.com reserves the right to change the prices of its products at any time. Any price change will be reflected on the website. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund in the difference in the price.

Jurisdiction – Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement. (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
